*Black icing does have a bitter taste~if you order a cake/cupcakes with all black icing, just know that it will have an aftertaste. I can add cocoa powder to make is less bitter, but there is not much else I can do.
**Cream cheese is a great icing, however it does not hold its shape as well as regular icing. If you choose cream cheese on a stacked cake, it will not be as smooth as I like. It will taste good, but not be perfectly smooth!
